I have a passion of writing by Hand. Writing helps to slow down and process. I invite you to indulge into writing and receiving a letter by hand. It may also be integrated into your coaching programme.
Short stretching routines not only helped me to relieve chronic back and shoulder pain, it also glued my marriage back. My husband joined me in for those 15 minute workouts to support me building a habit and it became such a bonding experience that we are living through our second honey moon. Thank you.
The mentorship helped me to build better relationship with my kids. I got to understand them more, I talk to them in a more supportive way. I damped some limiting beliefs about myself and (who could ever believe) build a habit of daily journaling. I also started eating healthier and do not overreact at work.
In sessions I combine mentoring tools with inborn skill to sense people. My students say that I am a muse, helping them see themselves differently and move in a personally meaningful direction. I celebrate being part of their transformational stories.
